1. Scope of Service:

a. The 1-year maintenance service covers routine check-ups, servicing, and minor repairs for machines as specified by MM Coating.

b. Any additional services beyond the scope mentioned above may incur extra charges and will be communicated and agreed upon by both parties before implementation.

2. Eligibility: a. This maintenance service is available for machines purchased from MM Coating or those meeting the criteria outlined by the company. b. Machines must be in a reasonably operable condition at the commencement of the maintenance contract.

3. Duration:

a. The maintenance contract is valid for 1 year from the date of initiation, as specified in the agreement or purchase invoice.

b. Any extension or renewal of this service should be discussed and agreed upon by both parties before the expiration of the current contract.

4. Service Schedule:

a. Maintenance visits will be scheduled by MM Coating at mutually agreed-upon times, unless otherwise specified or requested.

b. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure access to the machines for scheduled maintenance.

5. Exclusions:

a. This maintenance service does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications to the machines.

b. Repairs or replacements necessitated by non-standard wear and tear are not included in this maintenance contract.

6. Liability:

a. MM Coating shall not be held liable for any consequential damages or losses incurred due to machine downtime or any issues arising from the performance of the maintenance services.

b. The client agrees that MM Coating’s liability is limited solely to the provisions outlined in this maintenance contract.

7. Termination:

a. Either party reserves the right to terminate this maintenance contract in the event of a breach of terms or by mutual agreement.

b. Termination does not relieve the client of any payment obligations for services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Payment:

a. Payment terms and conditions for this maintenance service are as agreed upon in the initial contract or as specified in the invoice.

b. Any overdue payments may result in suspension or termination of the maintenance services.

9. Modifications:

a. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of MM Coating.

b. Any modifications to the terms will be communicated to the client in writing or through updated documentation.
